Responsibility
- Perform pickup and delivery of packages using a motorcycle in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.)
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, loading, and transporting goods
- Ensure timely and safe delivery while adhering to traffic regulations
- Maintain excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and confirm receipt of packages
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or damages to the dispatch team immediately
- Keep the motorcycle in optimal condition for safe and efficient operations
- Use mobile apps or tracking systems to update delivery status in real-time
Qualifications
- Own a reliable motorcycle (minimum 125cc) with valid registration and insurance
- Hold a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C)
- Proven experience as a motorcycle courier or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads and traffic conditions, especially in target areas
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle packages of varying sizes
- Basic smartphone literacy for using delivery apps and GPS
- Honest, responsible, and committed to delivering exceptional service
