Responsibility
- Perform pick-up and delivery of packages and documents using a motorcycle in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs and traffic regulations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Verify package integrity and obtain necessary signatures or confirmations upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including time stamps and recipient details.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues promptly.
- Inspect and maintain the motorcycle regularly to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and meet daily targets.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions securely and accurately when required.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a motorcycle courier or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, especially the target regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Own a well-maintained motorcycle with valid registration and insurance.
- Honest, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
