Responsibility
- Perform timely pickup and delivery of packages using a motorcycle, adhering to company SOPs and safety protocols.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within assigned timeframes while maintaining package integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service, including professional communication with clients and recipients.
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and confirm receipts as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all pickups, deliveries, and any incidents or delays.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure the motorcycle is in optimal working condition.
- Follow traffic laws and prioritize safety at all times to prevent accidents or damage.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) for motorcycle operation.
- Own a reliable motorcycle in good condition (proof of ownership may be required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in courier, delivery, or logistics roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Good physical stamina to handle long hours of riding and lifting packages (up to 20 kg).
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) and delivery tracking systems.
- High integrity, responsibility, and a customer-first mindset.
