Responsibility
- Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods efficiently and on time using a company-provided motorcycle, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in every delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with the dispatch team to confirm pick-up and delivery schedules, report delays, and provide real-time updates on delivery status.
- Conduct pre-ride vehicle inspections to ensure the motorcycle is in optimal condition, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Handle packages with care, verifying recipient details and obtaining proof of delivery (e.g., signatures, photos) to ensure accountability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to customers, addressing inquiries or concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize routes, reduce delivery times, and minimize fuel consumption.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols, company policies, and best practices in logistics and customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a motorcycle courier or in a similar role, preferably in logistics, delivery, or transportation.
- Strong familiarity with the target locations: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, including knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of motorcycle maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus for interacting with international clients.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
