Responsibility
- Design and optimize assembly process flows to maximize manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement standardized work instructions and process documentation for module assembly.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new modules into existing systems.
- Conduct time-motion studies and capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Lead or support continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing) initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Evaluate and select materials, tools, and equipment for assembly processes while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., cycle time, defect rates, OEE) to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices in module assembly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in module/assembly process engineering (Senior role: 5+ years).
- Proven expertise in process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools for process modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
