Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Present and demonstrate company products to existing and new clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Provide timely and professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail, consumer products, or mobile sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
