Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for retail excellence? Prime Service Alliance Manpower Services is seeking a Roving Merchandiser to join our team in Baliâs most vibrant retail hubs, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Mobile Retail Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clientsâ products are visually appealing, well-stocked, and strategically placed to maximize sales and customer engagement. Youâll work across multiple store locations, collaborating with retail teams to execute merchandising standards, monitor inventory levels, and implement promotional strategies. Responsibility
- Travel to assigned retail locations across Bali to maintain and enhance product displays according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report stock levels, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and products are presented attractively.
- Implement planograms and merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and boost sales.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to address merchandising needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal campaigns to drive customer interest and sales.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve merchandising effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, tasks completed, and inventory checks using digital tools or reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product placement, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store teams and management.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using handheld devices or tablets for data entry and reporting (training provided if needed).
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 15-20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali (company vehicle or allowance provided).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
