Responsibility

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for smartphones, including iPhones, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, and other brands.
  • Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other component-level fixes with precision.
  • Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest smartphone models, repair techniques, and industry trends through continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve overall service quality.
  • Track and document repair progress, inventory, and customer interactions using company systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful repairs.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues (e.g., screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers).
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting, including OS updates, factory resets, and malware removal.
  • Experience using repair tools such as screwdrivers, pry tools, soldering irons, and multimeters.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
