Responsibility
- Deliver and install air conditioning units at residential and commercial properties across Bali
- Perform professional AC installations according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Conduct thorough system testing and quality checks post-installation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AC systems
- Educate customers on proper AC usage and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and inventory
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily schedules and routes
- Represent Erablue Electronics professionally at all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AC installation and maintenance
- Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC systems (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (up to 30kg)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic English proficiency for customer interactions
- Familiarity with various AC brands and models
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within Bali for installations
