Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various mobile phone models.
- Perform screen replacements, battery changes, and other component repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- Assist in sales activities, including recommending accessories and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, warranties, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Collaborate with the team to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Certification in mobile phone repair is a plus.
