Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair chillers, split-type AC units, and commercial HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs, provide recommendations, and deliver tailored HVAC solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and local regulations while handling refrigerants and electrical components.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and best practices through continuous learning.
- Provide emergency repair services for critical system failures as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role, with expertise in chillers and split-type units.
- Certification in HVAC/R (e.g., EPA 608, local equivalents) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and air distribution principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel across Baliās key locations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
