Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Install new air-conditioning and refrigeration units according to manufacturer specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct performance tests and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AC Technician or HVAC Specialist, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
- Certification in HVAC/R or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites in Bali.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
