Responsibility
- Operate and maintain advanced digital printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output.
- Manage and execute print orders efficiently, adhering to deadlines and client specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate color matching and print consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels of printing materials and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all printing processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital printing technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Printing Operator or similar role in a commercial printing environment.
- Proficiency in operating digital printing equipment, such as large-format printers, UV printers, or direct-to-garment (DTG) machines.
- Strong understanding of color management, print resolution, and file preparation for digital printing.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic maintenance on printing machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality prints.
- Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
