Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair home appliances including TVs, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and air conditioning units.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are functioning efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and offering maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Travel to customer locations in Bali to perform on-site repairs and installations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in home appliance repair.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines while performing repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in repairing home appliances and air conditioning systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Possession of a GDL (Good Driving License) is a plus.
- Strong technical and mechanical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining service records.
