Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties to identify pest infestations and potential risk areas.
- Implement safe and effective pest control treatments, including chemical, biological, and mechanical methods, in compliance with industry standards.
- Provide customized pest management solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring long-term prevention and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on pest prevention best practices, including sanitation, structural maintenance, and exclusion techniques.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all treatments performed, adhering to company and regulatory requirements.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment and vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) strategies for high-profile clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and eco-friendly pest control methods through continuous training.
Qualifications
- Valid pest control technician license or certification (preferred, but training provided for qualified candidates).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pest control or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of common pests in tropical climates (e.g., termites, rodents, mosquitoes, cockroaches) and their control methods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage in pest control operations.
