Responsibility
- Sell "Sejuta Jiwa" coffee, beverages, and snacks to customers via mobile (motorbike/bicycle) or stationary setups in high-traffic areas.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product recommendations and upselling where possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the mobile cart/equipment, ensuring products are fresh and visually appealing.
- Manage daily inventory, restock supplies, and track sales to meet targets.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collect payments (cash/digital) and provide accurate change or receipts.
- Report daily sales, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in promotional activities, such as sampling or discounts, to attract new customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old with a valid Indonesian driver’s license (for mobile vendors).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physically fit to operate a mobile cart or motorbike for extended periods.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or F&B is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in outdoor conditions.
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Own motorbike or bicycle is preferred but not mandatory.
