Responsibility
- Sell Sejuta Jiwa’s range of beverages and snacks to customers in high-traffic areas across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Operate as a mobile sales representative, traveling to different locations using a bike or motorbike to reach customers efficiently.
- Set up and manage temporary sales stalls in busy areas, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting presentation of products.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, inventory, and customer interactions to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of Sejuta Jiwa in Bali.
- Adhere to company policies, including hygiene standards, product handling, and customer service guidelines.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for business expansion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working independently in a mobile sales environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining sales records.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to maximize sales opportunities.
- Reliable transportation (bike or motorbike) and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
- Familiarity with Bali’s popular tourist and local hotspots is an advantage.
- Passion for food and beverages, with a keen interest in promoting Sejuta Jiwa’s products.
