Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages using premium ingredients and techniques.
- Engage with guests to understand preferences and recommend personalized drink selections.
- Maintain bar inventory, including stocking, organizing, and rotating supplies to ensure freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and update beverage menus, incorporating seasonal and local flavors.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and new recipes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Mixologist, or Barmaid in a high-volume or luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with international guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for mixology and beverage innovation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases).
