Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of mixed-signal IC design engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the design, development, and verification of ultra-high-speed mixed-signal ICs from concept to production.
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap for mixed-signal IC projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on technical challenges and career growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital design, analog design, and verification teams, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mixed-signal IC design.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in semiconductor design to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of high-quality IC solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mixed-signal IC design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in designing ultra-high-speed mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and high-speed interfaces.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing engineers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of semiconductor physics and IC fabrication processes.
- Experience with full-chip integration, verification, and tape-out processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
