Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Record and analyze test results, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
- Participate in regular training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory science.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
