Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize ready-mix concrete production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Implement and manage digital tools and automation systems to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative solutions for concrete manufacturing challenges.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational excellence.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in concrete manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in concrete manufacturing, ready-mix operations, or a similar engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex production data.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
