Responsibility
- Maintain accurate records of inventory inflows and outflows using MIS systems.
- Assist in procurement activities, including vendor coordination and purchase order processing.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, procurement trends, and supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder processes to prevent shortages.
- Support the implementation of process improvements in inventory and purchasing workflows.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis for procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or MIS roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP/MIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and inventory control principles.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
