Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of the Cooperative Data System, including Credit, MVI, and Economic tracking modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly system solutions.
- Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide real-time insights for cooperative management.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards for cooperative financial systems.
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates.
- Train end-users and provide technical support to ensure smooth adoption of the Cooperative Data System.
- Generate analytical reports and visualizations to support strategic decision-making for cooperative leaders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in MIS and cooperative data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS, database development, or cooperative data systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with system design, deployment, and integration in a cooperative or financial services environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cooperative financial systems, credit tracking, and economic indicators is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while delivering high-quality results.
