Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for telecommunications infrastructure deployments, including fiber optic networks, data centers, and wireless systems.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline operations and mitigate risks.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders to secure permits, approvals, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain FiberHome’s reputation for excellence.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the ICT or telecommunications sector, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of fiber optic networks, wireless technologies, and telecom industry standards (e.g., ITU, 3GPP).
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or with international teams is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
