Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom NetSuite solutions (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk) to enhance ERP functionality and business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable NetSuite customizations.
- Optimize and maintain existing NetSuite modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM) to improve performance, security, and user adoption.
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems (APIs, REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in NetSuite environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices in SuiteScript, JavaScript, and NetSuite standards.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for internal teams and end-users.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Developer, with a strong portfolio of customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Expertise in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL for NetSuite development and integrations.
- Experience with NetSuite modules (Financials, Supply Chain, CRM) and third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate remotely with global teams.
