Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security protocols, data backup solutions, and disaster recovery plans.
- Optimize system performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance.
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices for internal use.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on various software and hardware tools.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for IT systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in network configuration, server management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and data protection measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
