Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital health readiness strategies to align with SingHealth's long-term vision.
- Lead workforce transformation initiatives, including training programs and change management efforts.
- Assess and enhance digital health maturity across departments, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to integrate digital health solutions seamlessly.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure SingHealth remains at the forefront of digital health innovation.
- Design and implement KPIs to measure the success of digital health initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital health, healthcare IT, or workforce transformation.
- Proven track record of leading digital health initiatives in a healthcare or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and digital health technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in change management and training program development.
