Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives in the finance sector, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of financial software, cybersecurity measures, and cloud-based solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Agile, ITIL, PMI) and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on finance, fintech, or banking sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects (budgets over $500K) with cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- In-depth understanding of financial systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, core banking) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid teams and adapting to dynamic business environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
