Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement software solutions using C# and other programming languages.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages, particularly C#.
- Familiarity with IT support principles, troubleshooting techniques, and system maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and end-users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT trends.
- Prior work experience is a plus but not required.
