Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems.
- Lead end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing to model optimization and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision) to enhance product capabilities.
- Optimize model performance for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging tools/technologies for adoption.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core AI Development, including modeling and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for AI/ML development.
- Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, A/B testing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
