Responsibility
- Configure, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications in alignment with project requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to the new cloud platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application configuration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Document configuration processes, changes, and system architectures for future reference and compliance.
- Conduct testing and validation of application configurations to ensure functionality, security, and scalability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders during the transition period.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in application configuration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
