Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows in GoHighLevel to streamline business processes.
- Configure and customize CRM systems to meet client-specific requirements.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs, payment gateways) to enhance functionality.
- Optimize existing automation sequences for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, triggers, and data syncs.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and best practices.
- Stay updated with GoHighLevelâs latest features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automation Workflow Developer, with a focus on GoHighLevel.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales funnels.
- Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and third-party tool connections.
- Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time-management skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for customizations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
