Responsibility
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) for live streaming events.
- Set up and manage live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and encoders.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming and IT support.
- Assist in the procurement and setup of new IT equipment and software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with OBS and live streaming setups.
- Strong knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware and software maintenance and support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
