Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain security web gateway solutions to protect against cyber threats.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into web applications and infrastructure.
- Implement and optimize security protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing timely resolution and reporting.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall security posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on web security and gateway technologies.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for security applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
