Responsibility
- Lead the global scaling and adoption of Team Leader enablement tools, ensuring seamless integration across international teams.
- Develop and implement reporting automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and insights to leadership and teams.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Champion best practices in project management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support the onboarding and training of team members on new tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital tools and automation.
- Proven track record of managing global projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and reporting automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting with a solutions-oriented mindset.
