Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing to validate software stability.
- Automate test processes using scripting languages and testing frameworks.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
