Responsibility
- Coordinate administrative tasks for the Marketing Engineering team, ensuring timely execution of projects and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sale support.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and project timelines using CRM tools.
- Liaise between internal teams (engineering, sales, logistics) to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Prepare and distribute reports on program performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Organize team meetings, workshops, and client events, both virtually and in-person.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or order processing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
- Familiarity with the ICT industry or technical products is highly desirable.
