Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ICT strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and healthcare innovation objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and high-performance ICT systems, including cloud infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect sensitive healthcare data, ensuring compliance with global standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Drive digital transformation projects, including the adoption of AI, IoT, and telemedicine solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Manage a high-performing ICT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational resilience through robust disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and proactive risk management.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify technology needs, prioritize IT investments, and deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to position Value Care as a leader in healthcare ICT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive ICT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Head of IT, CIO, CTO).
- Proven track record in strategic IT planning, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a multicultural or international environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation, scalability, and cost optimization.
