Are you an experienced Site Acquisition (SAQ) Manager with a strong background in telecommunications? Primus@ Knowledge Specialists, Inc. is urgently seeking a dynamic professional to lead site acquisition projects in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and more.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our telecommunications infrastructure by identifying optimal sites, negotiating leases, securing permits, and coordinating with stakeholders. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring seamless connectivity and network expansion.

Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunications infrastructure development.
- Negotiate and secure leases, permits, and agreements with landowners and local authorities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, property owners, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the acquisition process.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and report on key milestones.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess suitability for network deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all site acquisition activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
