Responsibility
- Maintain and update comprehensive database management systems for Secured Loan MIS reports.
- Develop and enhance dashboards to provide real-time financial insights and trends.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular audits and validations.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and financial software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights clearly.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
