Responsibility
- Safely operate a mini bus to transport passengers to and from designated locations.
- Follow predetermined routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle interior and exterior.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM B1 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving passenger vehicles, preferably mini buses.
- Strong knowledge of Bali's roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to handle minor vehicle issues.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays if required.
