Join a leading agricultural processing company in Bali as a Mill Manager, where you will oversee the efficient processing of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) to meet production targets. This critical role ensures seamless operations, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to industry standards in palm oil milling.
As the Mill Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to maximize throughput, maintain quality control, and implement best practices in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management. Your strategic planning and operational expertise will drive productivity while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute production plans to process all incoming FFB/TBS in alignment with company targets.
- Supervise daily mill operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in processing activities.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including raw materials, labor, and machinery.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline material flow and storage.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations or similar agricultural processing.
- Proven track record in production planning, process optimization, and team management.
- Strong knowledge of mill machinery, extraction processes, and quality control.
- Familiarity with EHS standards, ISO certifications, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software is a plus.
