Responsibility
- Oversee daily mill operations to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety compliance.
- Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process optimization strategies.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of milling equipment to prevent downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and propose sustainable solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports, including production metrics, efficiency analyses, and cost-saving recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior staff and operators on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in mill operations, manufacturing, or process engineering (Assistant Engineer roles may consider fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds).
- Proven expertise in process optimization, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance in a mill or similar industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and trends.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, PLC systems, or industrial automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and environmental regulations.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel or shift work.
