As we expand our operations to Bali, we are seeking a motivated Cadet Engineer - Maintenance to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in a leading agribusiness company while contributing to the maintenance and optimization of our state-of-the-art facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

You will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Responsibility
- Assist in the preventive and corrective maintenance of production and processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements in equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor and record equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
- Participate in regular inspections and audits of machinery and facilities.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems.
- Support the team in project planning and execution for facility upgrades and expansions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in maintenance or engineering roles.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in industrial settings.
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a production environment, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
