Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Optimize and maintain existing AI agents to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in AI and automation workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI, automation, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages used in AI development.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain).
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, RPA, or custom automation scripts).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
