Responsibility
- Develop and implement AI-powered business solutions tailored to client needs, including automation, predictive analytics, and decision-support systems.
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Design and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to optimize business operations and enhance customer experiences.
- Provide expert consultation and training to clients on AI adoption, best practices, and change management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, iterating based on feedback and data insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies, recommending innovative tools and methodologies to the team.
- Prepare and present technical and business reports to stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and impact of AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML development, business consulting, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Certifications in AI, data science, or project management (e.g., PMP, AWS AI/ML) are a plus.
