Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate needs into scalable D365 solutions.
- Configure and customize D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service) to align with client workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements to improve efficiency and user adoption.
- Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure smooth transitions.
- Work closely with technical teams to integrate D365 with third-party applications or legacy systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 environments, including updates and upgrades.
- Stay updated on Microsoft D365 best practices and emerging features to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, SCM, or CE).
- Proven track record of successful D365 implementations in at least 2 full project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, sales, or customer service.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, or MB-210) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is beneficial but not required.
