Responsibility
- Assist in the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues using diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security protocols and best practices.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including cloud and hybrid network setups.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users for network-related queries.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, IT, or Engineering program.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network topologies.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or other networking hardware is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
