Responsibility
- Provide first-level IT support to employees and clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals in compliance with company standards.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across internal systems and applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist in the deployment and upgrading of IT systems, including operating systems and business applications.
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in a ticketing system for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in system performance and security.
- Conduct basic cybersecurity awareness training for staff to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux environments and familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (English fluency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other Bali offices as needed.
