Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and delivering top-tier support. Responsibility

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees and clients, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals in compliance with company standards.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across internal systems and applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Assist in the deployment and upgrading of IT systems, including operating systems and business applications.
  • Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in a ticketing system for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in system performance and security.
  • Conduct basic cybersecurity awareness training for staff to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux environments and familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (English fluency is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other Bali offices as needed.
