Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in managing and expanding Microsoft partner relationships in the APAC region.
- Support the development and execution of channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to partners.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports for management review.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including CRM updates and data management.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, sales, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
